Simple calculator for notary taxes related to sales, inheritance and mortgage in Romania.
The app allows entering the amount in both EUR or RON. For EUR, the amount is calculated based on the BNR exchange rate on the current day, allowing also the usage of the exchange rate for the next day.
The results show the notary onorary (including or excluding VAT), the real estate registry tax, the seller tax and the total value of all taxes.
